About Inner Peace Yoga Studio

Inner Peace Yoga Studio in Bandar Baru Petaling Jaya runs on a narrow, broken-up schedule: evening sessions on Monday and Thursday from 6:45 to 9pm, shorter 7-to-8:30pm windows on Wednesday and Friday, and no listed hours at all on Tuesday, Saturday, or Sunday. That pattern of four active weekday evenings with three full days off is a tighter schedule than most studios in this batch, and it lines up with a small operation running a handful of fixed evening classes rather than a full-time studio space with staff on hand throughout the day.

The Google Business Profile identifies the business as women-owned, a detail carried as a specific highlight category rather than something inferred from the name, and lists a restroom as the only other recorded amenity. No website is on file, so there's nothing from the brand's own description to add about class styles or instructor background beyond what can be guessed from the name itself.

The rating is a perfect 5.0, but like several smaller studios in this area, it rests on just one review — a single data point rather than any established pattern built over multiple visits from different people. One review means there's effectively no pattern to assess yet, regardless of how high the number displayed happens to be.

The Jalan Yong Shook Lin address sits on the second floor of a building in an older part of Petaling Jaya, and given the limited weekly hours, confirming which specific evenings currently have classes running would mean calling +60 19-282 6003 ahead of a visit rather than assuming the posted schedule is still current. Three full closed days alongside four narrow evening windows makes this one of the more restrictive schedules among the studios covered here. Bandar Baru Petaling Jaya is one of the longer-established parts of PJ, and a studio running such a narrow weekly schedule there relies on a small, consistent group of students who know to show up on the specific evenings classes run, rather than on passing foot traffic finding it by chance. For now, the posted hours and the single review are really all there is to go on.
