Frequently asked questions
What should I wear to my first class?
Athletic shorts or leggings and a fitted top work best. Loose clothing can get caught during pad work or clinch, so it’s worth avoiding for your first session.
What’s the difference between muay thai and kickboxing here?
Muay thai typically includes clinch work and elbow/knee strikes that pure kickboxing gyms leave out — worth confirming the exact curriculum if that distinction matters to you.
What are Mongkon Muay Thai Fitness's opening hours?
Hours vary by day at Mongkon Muay Thai Fitness — for example, Monday is listed as 10 AM to 10 PM. See the full opening-hours table above for the rest of the week, since it changes day to day.
Do they offer a free or trial class?
Many gyms offer a free or discounted first session so you can see the coaching style before committing — ask Mongkon Muay Thai Fitness directly, since this isn’t always advertised.
Is Mongkon Muay Thai Fitness a well-established, trusted venue?
It currently holds a 5.0 rating from only 3 Google reviews — a real but small sample, too thin to call it an established track record either way. Worth weighing that alongside anything else you can find before deciding.
What amenities are listed for Mongkon Muay Thai Fitness?
Google's Business Profile for this venue lists: restroom. See the Facilities section above for the full breakdown.
