About Coliseum Fitness Club (HQ, Sunway Giza PJ)
Uncrowded and boutique by design, Coliseum Fitness Club's headquarters is at C-10-1 Sunway Giza, Jalan PJU 5/14, at Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. The women-owned club calls itself "Boutique Luxury" on its website and keeps a separate personal training area apart from the main gym floor.
Members can choose one-to-one personal training with a fully personalised programme from a certified coach, or a general membership covering full gym floor access and community activities. An infrared sauna with cold plunge therapy is included as part of the training space rather than sold as an extra. Reviewers mention kettlebells, medicine balls and plyo boxes alongside Cybex and power-core equipment. Every Sunday at 6:45am there's a free community run, followed by four hours of free use of the facilities, an easy way to try the place first.
Showers, a restroom and free Wi-Fi are all part of the Sunway Giza unit, and the club also offers online and outdoor sessions. Some services need an appointment. Parking is paid and on site, and Coliseum takes credit cards, debit cards and NFC wallets.
A 4.9 rating from 171 Google reviews shows consistently happy members. Prices aren't published; every enquiry goes through WhatsApp on +60 12-996 7969, and personal training and general membership are likely to be priced separately. The club's main line is +60 3-7660 9383.
